Typhoon Morokot swept through Taiwan on August 8, which is the Chinese Father's Day (August 8, or 8/8, sounds like father - "ba ba"). It lasted awhile and flooded the smaller towns & villages in the south. Afterward, among the many charity events and celebrities asking fans to help, Chord wrote this song to put in his opinion.
*Note: He uses some strong language here, but I toned it down a bit. Let's just say I don't recommend singing the rap around elders who understand Mandarin.*
